Azelis Expands Partnership with Ashland for Microbial Protection Solutions in Thailand

Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the speciality chemicals and food ingredients industry, has announced a new exclusive distribution agreement with Ashland in Thailand, effective 1 April 2026. Under the agreement, Catalite, an Azelis company, will distribute Ashland’s microbial protection portfolio for the personal care and home care markets.

The addition of Ashland’s microbial protection solutions strengthens Azelis’s personal care and home care portfolios in Thailand, enabling customers to develop safe and high-performing formulations that meet evolving consumer and regulatory requirements. The agreement also builds on the successful collaboration between Azelis and Ashland in other regions.

Ashland’s microbial protection portfolio includes multifunctional antimicrobial boosters, broad-spectrum preservative systems, and diagnostic tools for microbial detection. These technologies provide effective antimicrobial protection while supporting preservative-free and skin-friendly formulations, along with improved sensory characteristics and overall formulation performance.
