BASF announces further price increases for additives used in plastic applications.

BASF has announced a further price increase of up to 25% for its global portfolio of antioxidants, process stabilisers, and light stabilisers used in plastic applications. This adjustment follows the earlier increase announced in March and is effective immediately.

The price adjustment is driven by significant increases in raw material, energy, and logistics costs, primarily resulting from the ongoing geopolitical tension in the Middle East.
