BASF Announces Price Increase for Additives Used in Plastic Applications

BASF has announced a global price increase of up to 20% for products in its antioxidant, process stabiliser, and light stabiliser portfolio used in plastic applications.

The company stated that the adjustment is necessary due to significant increases in the cost of key raw materials, inflation-driven rises in fixed operating expenses, and higher freight rates.
