Brenntag and Cassava Pharma Enter Exclusive Distribution Agreement

Brenntag, a global distributor of chemicals and ingredients, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Cassava Pharma for the personal care market in the Americas. The agreement gives Brenntag’s U.S. customers access to Cassava Pharma’s patented tapioca starch technology. Designed to provide a smooth, silky skin feel while helping control oil and shine, the ingredient can support lighter, more elegant formulations with a natural-origin appeal.

The agreement strengthens Brenntag’s Beauty & Personal Care portfolio in the Americas, giving customers access to Cassava Pharma’s versatile ingredients, dependable supply and technical support for ingredient selection and formulation development. Cassava Pharma is known for its vertically integrated tapioca supply chain, consistent product quality and sustainable, plant-based starch solutions aligned with clean-label and renewable-material trends.
