Brenntag Material Science Strengthens Collaboration with Sudarshan to Provide State-of-the-Art Pigments in Australia

Brenntag, a global leader in the distribution of chemicals and ingredients, has entered into a new supply agreement with Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited to provide anticorrosive pigments for paints, coatings, plastics, and other applications in Australia.

For more than two decades, Brenntag has maintained a supply agreement with Heubach GmbH, a recently acquired subsidy of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, for the New Zealand market. Sudarshan, a pigment market leader with a lengthy history of innovation in pigment chemistry, has elected to maintain and grow the partnership that has been in place for many years. Two high-performance anticorrosive pigment ranges that offer sustainable, environmentally favourable solutions are included in Sudarshan's portfolio: Heucophos and Heucorin. These pigments are engineered to increase the lifespan of materials and decrease long-term maintenance expenses, rendering them especially well-suited to the rigorous climate of Australia, where corrosion protection is essential.
