DELTA Coatings Set to Broaden Its Polyurea Coatings Offering in Vietnam

DELTA Coatings International has revealed plans to strategically expand into Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asia region this year, aligning with its five-year growth plan. The company specializes in producing high-performance polyurea-based coatings and waterproofing solutions.

This expansion coincides with a period of significant growth in Vietnam's construction market, which is projected to be valued at US$69.2 billion in 2024 and is anticipated to reach US$102.2 billion by 2028. The market is expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 8.1%, according to a recent research report.

As Vietnam emerges as a key growth hub, its economic reforms have driven the nation to become one of the fastest-growing economies globally. Its expanding population is expected to further accelerate this growth.

To spearhead the expansion, the company has named industry veteran Tien Mai as Regional Director for Southeast Asia. Based in Vietnam, Mai brings over 15 years of expertise in high-performance coatings and waterproofing solutions to the role.

Tien Mai will oversee the development of DELTA Coatings' business throughout the region. His role includes providing product and technical support to both new and existing clients, as well as applicators. This also involves offering training and assistance for spray applicators.
