DELTA Coatings to Build a New Polyurea Manufacturing Plant in Dubai

DELTA Coatings announces plans to build a new state-of-the-art headquarters and production facility in Dubai Industrial City. The environmentally friendly facility will be powered in part by renewable energy. It has a large solar energy farm on the facility's roof. This will propel the company toward its sustainability and decarbonization objectives.

Strategic Growth Plan

DELTA Coatings is a liquid-applied coatings and polyurea producer. DELTA Coatings specializes in providing high-quality waterproofing and protective coating solutions for lagoons and water parks, residential and commercial projects, and large-scale desalination, water reservoir, and wastewater treatment facilities. DELTA Coatings also produces and distributes tailored corrosion, abrasion, and impact protection systems.

Customers should anticipate the new headquarters to be a hub of innovation and exploration. It demonstrates the versatility of polyurea and the dynamic advantages of polyurea-based linings, membranes, coating solutions, and waterproofing systems.

• Triple the manufacturing plant capacity: Three times the present production capabilities, tripling warehouse space, and adaptable for future expansion to satisfy rising demand for DELTA Coatings' growing DELTA Shield product line.

• R&D 'Center of Excellence': Cutting-edge laboratory dedicated to creating innovative, world-class goods. This guarantees that DELTA Coatings can completely adjust polyurea-based solutions and systems to regional climatic circumstances as well as client particular needs, allowing the company to stay at the cutting edge of industry innovation.
