H.I.G. Capital Completes Acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings

H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm managing approximately $75 billion in capital, has completed the acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings (IAC).
Headquartered in Irvine, California, and Shannon, Ireland, IAC is a leading provider of aircraft painting services for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, operators, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) companies. Through its Eirtech Aviation Services (EAS) division, the company also offers engineering and advanced asset management solutions. IAC has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and completing projects on schedule, making it a trusted partner for customers across the global aviation industry.
