Hempel A/S Completed the Divestment of J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac

Hempel A/S has completed the divestment of its J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac businesses in France and Germany to Fidelium Partners, after permission from the appropriate authorities. Hempel A/S announced the planned divestment in May 2024. Transactional details will remain confidential, according to the terms of the agreement.

Fidelium Partners, the new owner, has taken over the manufacturing facilities in Germany and the stores in France, together with around 500 employees and a client portfolio.
