M3M India Joins Hands with Zydex Paints and Keimfarben

The partnership brings KEIM’s advanced mineral-based paint system to M3M’s premium developments, addressing long-term challenges such as frequent repainting, façade deterioration, and high maintenance costs.

In a significant move toward performance-driven and sustainable construction, Zydex Paints and M3M India Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership to introduce KEIM Regalan, a premium silicate paint from Germany's KEIM, across M3M India's premium developments. Founded in 1878, KEIM is globally recognised as the pioneer of silicate mineral paints, with nearly 150 years of expertise in protecting some of the world's most iconic buildings. As the exclusive licensed manufacturer and distributor of KEIM products in India, Zydex Paints is bringing this advanced mineral paint technology to the Indian market, enabling long-lasting, high-performance façade protection for premium real estate projects.

The collaboration brings KEIM's globally proven mineral paint technology to one of India's leading luxury real estate portfolios, shifting façade material selection beyond aesthetics to prioritise long-term performance, durability, and asset protection. As the first project under the partnership, M3M Golf Hills in Sector 79, Gurugram, will feature KEIM Regalan across its entire exterior façade, with implementation scheduled to begin in July 2026.

Following the successful selection of KEIM Regalan for M3M Golf Hills, M3M India has expanded its adoption across several marquee developments, including The Cullinan, Altitude, Mansion, and other premium projects. The collaboration is expected to generate approximately ₹100 crore in exterior façade painting works over the next three years, reflecting M3M India's confidence in KEIM Regalan as its preferred mineral façade solution for luxury developments.

With a minimum 20-year warranty on film integrity and colour retention, KEIM Regalan provides long-lasting façade protection through KEIM’s globally proven silicate mineral technology. Unlike conventional acrylic paints that form a surface coating, KEIM Regalan chemically bonds with the substrate to create a breathable, water-repellent façade. The mineral-based paint also offers inherent fire-resistant properties, enhancing the safety of high-performance buildings. Its non-fading mineral pigments preserve colour vibrancy and a distinctive mineral matt finish while significantly reducing repainting frequency and long-term maintenance throughout the building's life cycle.
