Nippon Paint Holdings to Reorganise Japanese Subsidiaries

Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. (NPHD) announced that it will reorganise its Japan operations effective January 1, 2027. Under the reorganization, the business of Nippon Paint Surf Chemicals Co., Ltd. (NPSU) will be divided and transferred to Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Co., Ltd. (NPAC) and Nippon Paint Industrial Coatings Co., Ltd. (NPIU), both of which are subsidiaries of the Nippon Paint Group.
The reorganisation aims to strengthen Nippon Paint Group's operations in Japan and support its future growth. Under the new structure, the company will integrate its surface treatment and coatings businesses, which different subsidiaries previously managed separately. This integrated approach is expected to improve product development, enhance technical support, and enable the company to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers, ultimately boosting competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
