Protech Group has Acquired the Industrial Coatings Business of Caldwell Chemical Coatings.

The Protech Group, based in Montreal, Canada, is excited to announce its acquisition of the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings from Fayetteville, Tennessee.

Caldwell is a well-recognized name in liquid industrial coatings and has been providing quality specialty products and excellent service to its clients for many years. Caldwell’s principle, Rob Caldwell said: “We are looking forward to joining the Protech family to grow the liquid business together. We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can offer our long-standing customers”.

Protech anticipates gaining significant value from the strong customer relationships Caldwell has built over the years. Manufacturing operations will continue in Fayetteville, TN. Existing Caldwell customers will still be able to purchase their current products while also gaining access to Protech’s global network of products and technologies.
