Univar Solutions Acquires Interpur Chemicals to Expand Polyurethane and Powder Coatings Portfolio in EMEA

Univar Solutions LLC has acquired Interpur Chemicals, a leading European distributor of polyurethanes and powder coatings, strengthening its Performance Materials business within the Ingredients + Specialities segment. The acquisition expands the company's technical capabilities and regional presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). By combining Interpur Chemicals' local market expertise with Univar Solutions' extensive supplier partnerships and distribution network, the company aims to give customers better access to speciality materials, more reliable supply chains, and stronger technical support for formulation and performance requirements.

As part of the transaction, 18 Interpur Chemicals employees will join Univar Solutions, ensuring business continuity and continued support for customers, suppliers, and other partners.
