Windjammer Capital Completes Acquisition of MFG Chemical

Windjammer Capital has announced the acquisition of MFG Chemical, a developer and manufacturer of specialty chemicals that cater to various end markets, including water treatment and industrial coatings.
Windjammer’s investment will fuel MFG’s ongoing growth by enhancing operational excellence, advancing product development to broaden its portfolio and market presence, and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
