Graco Completes Acquisition of Corob, Enhancing Global Hi-tech Dispensing and Mixing Solutions Portfolio

Graco announced its acquisition of Corob for €230 million, subject to usual adjustments, plus up to €30 million in contingent compensation.

Corob is a worldwide pioneer in the development and manufacture of high-performance volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, mixing, and shaking equipment for mission-critical tinting applications. Corob had a sales of €110 million in 2023, employs over 600 people globally, and is headquartered in Italy, with manufacturing facilities in India and Canada.
