KANSAI HELIOS Acquired WEILBURGER Coatings

KANSAI HELIOS has finalized the purchase of WEILBURGER Coatings, GREBE Holding's whole industrial coatings company in Weilburg, Germany. WEILBURGER Coatings, headquartered in Weilburg, comprises of WEILBURGER Coatings GmbH in Germany and WEILBURGER Asia Limited in Hong Kong, China. The contract was first announced in February 2024. This combination strengthens KANSAI HELIOS' market position in industrial coatings and expands its worldwide presence.

KANSAI HELIOS has acquired WEILBURGER Coatings, a group of enterprises in Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, the United States, Brazil, India, and China. WEILBURGER Coatings is a well-established firm with over 120 years of heritage. With 600 people across seven manufacturing locations and many trade offices, the firm has achieved worldwide success. The group has established popular products including GREBLON, senorail, and senotherm. WEILBURGER Coatings, with a turnover of around 150 million Euro, excels in non-stick, high-temperature, railway, and custom coatings.

This combination strengthens KANSAI HELIOS' market position in many industrial coatings categories and expands its worldwide reach.
