Pinturas Ordesa Becomes Part of the Kupsa Group

The agreement, by which Industrias Químicas Kupsa S.L. acquired 100% of the shares of Pinturas Ordesa S.A., was officially formalised at Kupsa's headquarters in Oyón (Álava).

The agreement was signed by Mr. José Luis Ballano and Mr. José Ignacio Sánchez, shareholders of Pinturas Ordesa, and Mr. José María Sánchez, President of Kupsa.

Through this acquisition, Pinturas Ordesa—a company founded in 1979 and currently employing approximately 25 people—becomes part of the Kupsa Group.

Ordesa will maintain its independent corporate identity and brand, contributing its expertise in industrial and decorative paints to the group, while pursuing synergies in industrial operations, procurement, and commercial activities.
