RPM International Completes Acquisition of Kalzip

RPM International announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Kalzip, a global leader in the design and production of metal-based roofs and façade systems for building envelopes. The acquisition has been made for RPM’s Tremco Construction Products Group (Tremco CPG).

Kalzip is a globally recognised leader in aluminium roofing and façade systems. Headquartered in Koblenz, Germany, the company specialises in customised, lightweight, and weather-resistant building envelope solutions. It has delivered more than 1.2 billion square feet of aluminium systems worldwide, with notable projects including the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, the Children’s Hospital Dublin in Dublin, the Pickering GO Pedestrian Bridge in Pickering, Ontario, and the LAX Automated People Mover Station in Los Angeles.
