Mipa Group expands into Benelux with the establishment of Mipa Belgium to strengthen its regional presence.

As part of its international growth strategy, the Mipa Group is further expanding in Western Europe. Its subsidiary Mipa Nederland B.V. has acquired the automotive paint and dealer business of long-standing Belgian importer B-Coat BVBA, which will now operate under the name Mipa Belgium.

B-Coat has been a trusted distribution partner of the Mipa Group in Belgium for many years, playing a key role in the successful distribution of Mipa products across the region. ‘With the establishment of Mipa Belgium, we are laying the foundation for an even stronger market presence in Belgium and ensuring continuity for our customers and partners,’ emphasises Klaus Fritzsche, CEO of MIPA SE. ‘At the same time, we are bringing the organisation in the Benelux countries even closer together, creating structures that better reflect the realities of the market. This will enable us to make better use of synergies and offer our customers throughout the region an even stronger service.’

Belgian customers can continue to rely on the highest level of service, as the Bornem location and much of the experienced team will remain in place. Familiar contacts will still be available to ensure excellent support, while opening up new opportunities to broaden the product range and expand market activities.
