Wesco Group has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire National Coatings & Supplies, a leading distributor of coatings and related solutions serving the automotive refinish and specialty industrial sectors. The acquisition represents a key milestone in Wesco’s ongoing growth strategy. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
